  • How to Book: You can book the tour through our website or by contacting our customer service team via email or phone. To reserve the plan you need to make an initial deposit of 100$ and can cover the remaining balance in maximum installments as we provide flexible payment plans.
  • Confirmation: Booking confirmation will be provided within 24 hours via email once the deposit is received.
  • Payment: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment systems. Full payment is due 30 days before the departure date.

Changes and Cancellations:

  • Changes: To make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

      • Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made 60 days before departure incur a 10% fee; 30 days before, a 50% fee; less than 30 days, no refund.
      • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation, minus any applicable fees.
      • Non-Refundable Deposits: The initial deposit is non-refundable.
